Nuclear Medicine National Registry (NUCLEAR) is an ongoing systematic collection, analysis and interpretation of data pertaining to Nuclear Medicine services within Malaysia.

This information is useful in assisting the Ministry of Health, non-governmental organizations, private healthcare providers and industry in planning, development and continous improvement of services and facilities in the field of Nuclear Medicine.

NUCLEAR is a nationwide project which aims to integrate all Nuclear Medicine patient registries and databases developed in Malaysia.

Registries under NUCLEAR include:

1. Nuclear Cardiology Registry
2. PET-CT Registry - coming soon
3. Therapeutic (Radioactive lodine) Registry - coming soon
